Rachel Vogel’s work has appeared in American Short Fiction, Harvard Review, Narrative Magazine, Potomac Review, Quarterly West, and elsewhere. Her short story “Visitors” won the 2019 Halifax Ranch Fiction Prize judged by the novelist Rebecca Makkai. Her flash piece “Cutting” was made into a literary video in collaboration with VidLit. Rachel is a graduate of Columbia University, Harvard Law School, and she received an MFA in Creative Writing from Antioch University in Los Angeles, where she lives. She has practiced law and, together with her husband, raised three children.
